By accessing or using Portfolio Copilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
Portfolio Copilot provides AI-assisted portfolio analysis for informational purposes only and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Billing and refunds
Paid features may include subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Billing terms are shown at checkout. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Approved domains and subdomains
Checkout and payment links are intended for approved domains. Subdomains are not approved by default and must be submitted and approved individually before use for payment flows.
6. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Notice.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portfolio Copilot disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
